· Shipping is only to the US 50 states at this time.
· Shipping is available only for items that are in stock.
· A residential street address is required for all express shipping orders.
· Shipping is not available for orders shipped to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
· Shipments occur Monday through Friday 5pm eastern.

Smartwatchwebsite.com is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it within 30 days - in the condition you received it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place with a valid invoice.

The best way to return items is to use your own shipping method. Email customer service at customer Smartwatchwebsite@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number and write it on your invoice. Enclose it with the merchandise and provide a address where you can return your package. For your security, please insure the package against loss and retain your tracking number. Smartwatchwebsite.com cannot accept COD deliveries and is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Processing Time for Returns
Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Please take a note that we will charge you 15% restocking fees for returns on your item cost.
